What is your return policy?
Because of the nature of the product we cannot accept returns unless the product is damaged when it arrives or is the wrong product. If the product didnt meet your expectations contact our customer service team about how we can help.

How is it shipped?
We respect your privacy. Our staff ship dildos in North America & Europe. We securely packaged and tape each product in a plain brown box to help prevent any damge to the box during shipping.
What silicone hardness is best?
Check out our article on choosing silicone firmness. For textured toys most people prefer softer and harder silicone for a more pronounced feeling.
What colours are available?
You can choose from 12 different colours for your custom dildo. At checkout feel free to select a second colour to enhance the style and look. At checkout include a message to the designer and we will try to cater to any requests when possible.
Are dildos body safe?
Every product is hand crafted in Canada using 100% platinum cure silicone. Regular handling of silicone sex toys does not pose any health risk. Inserting anything into the body can pose health risks and we strongly advise our products are only used externally, as part of a fantasy or as a novelty item.
What size dildo should I get?
